COMMUNICATION PLAN

 

Communication Is Essential For A Team's Success

I will distribute forms to all of the staff, parents, and athletes whom must state their email addresses, home telephone numbers and mobile telephone numbers. They should also highlight their preferred method of communication. All of the players will be given a sheet with all of the contact information for the other players. They should feel free to call one another. The parents will be given sheets with all of the staff's numbers/email addresses, and all of the parent's numbers/email addresses as well. Each member of the staff will receive a sheet with all (parents, athletes, staff) the numbers/email addresses available on them.

Coach and Players: 

​

• An emergency contact will be given to athletes so they can communicate to the coaching staff 24/7. 

• Coaches will also be honest and open with the players All email communication between the athletes and the Coaching Staff must be through school email and not by personal email account.

• If an athlete is running late to practice they should contact the Team Captain or one of the coaches.

Coach and Parents:

​

• They can only talk to a coach about his son's playing time if they have an appointment set up with the coach. 

• They are not allowed to talk to coaches after games and during practices.
